We sweeten our desserts with a blend of Xylitol & Stevia, to have the best of flavors!, Xylitol is a sugar alcohol that can be found in plants, fruits and vegetables. Stevia is one of the most popular and healthy sweeteners. Both of our blend´s components are natural and do not increase insulin levels, and are considered the best available healthy sweeteners today.
We use almond flour and/or coconut flour as a substitute of regular wheat flour. We chose them because they are very low in carbs and a good source of protein and fiber. All our ingredients, as well as our production center are “Gluten free”. A low consumption of carbs is now-days considered important for people trying to loose weight, diabetes-2 control, digestive problems, blood pressure control, etc.

Stevia have a low glycemic index – and do not affect blood sugar.
For those who are lactose-intolerant, or try to avoid lactose, we offer a wide variety of Diary Free products.
We also prepare Vegan options for those who for any allergy or lifestyle do not eat products derived from animals such as milk or eggs.
All our dessert are KOSHER certificated by the Orthodox Rabbinical Board as a Dairy product. We also prepare Dairy free desserts but they are made with Dairy Equipment.
